눈에 띄는, 뛰어난, 아직 처리되지 않은, 미지불/미해결의

Outstanding balance refers to the amount still owed on a loan from the perspective of a borrower or lender.

1. Wouldn't it cover your outstanding debts?

   I mean, you work around the clock, you can't even quit if you wanted to. (아빠가 되는 건 힘든일)

   You should go home and get some rest.

be one board: 같이 행동하는 것에 초첨
be on the same page: 같은 생각/이해에 초점

 

 

3-1. be on board with 
(같은 뜻을 이루기 위해) ~와 동참/동의하다

* 캠브릿지 사전: on board: as part of a group or team, especially for a special purpose.

2. I'm on board if you are on board. 너가 하면 나도 찬성
3. They're not on board yet. (그들은 아직 동참하겠다고 이야기 안했어)

3-1. be on the same page
~에 대해 같은 생각이다/이해하고 있는 내용이 같다

* Macmillan Dic. : to understand and agree with what is being done or suggested.

 

1. We're on the same page.
   
2. Before we start, I want us to get on the same page on a few vocab words. (미팅 시작 전 익숙치 않은 전문용어를 설명하며)
3. Are we on the same page? (문제 잘 이해 하고 있는지 확인차 물을때)

5. A: Are you on the same page?
   B: I'm getting there.(목표에 거의 도달하고 있어.. 너가 조금만 더 추가 설명하면 나도 이해 할 수 있을꺼 같아.. 라는 표현으로 쓰이는 말) I just have one more question.

   원하는 수준/목표까지 도달할 꺼야.
7. We're not there yet, but that's the hope. (아직 그정도 수준까지 아니지만 그렇게 되는 바람/희망사항이죠)
